The OTP m-business application is designed to serve various business entities, with setup available at any OTP bank branch. To ensure optimal functionality, users require a smartphone operating on iOS with an active internet connection and sufficient storage capacity for the application.

The application supports both Croatian and English languages, allowing users to operate in their preferred language. Basic features, such as viewing a demo version, exchange rates, a map indicating ATM and branch locations of OTP Bank, and fundamental information about the bank, are accessible even before initiating a service contract.

Security Measures

The use of the OTP m-business application on iOS devices ensures full security. The application employs a personal PIN known solely by the owner, complemented by an integrated software token that guarantees security even in cases of device theft or loss. Importantly, account data and PINs are not stored on the device, thereby maintaining the confidentiality of user information.
